We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. Shipping times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 5-12 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Our customer service team operates Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
While we strive to meet the indicated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, extreme weather, customs checks, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please note: during busy periods, due to high demand, delivery may take up to 18 days.
IMPORTANT: Zentra cannot be held liable for any packages lost or stolen after delivery. We collaborate closely with top-tier courier services that supply photo proof of delivery. Once this proof is given, we are not accountable for any theft of packages once they have reached their intended destination.
PO Box addresses are not to be used due to our couriers not supporting them.
Delivery Address Responsibility

We are unable to change delivery addresses once an order has been placed and dispatched. Zentra cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
